 dry starch, glucose, ethanol, vital gluten, CO2 and animal feed.

 It contains also a complete material and consumption balance.

  This is a power and steam generation plant with gasturbine  and

  steamturbine and bleedouts of steam and fluegas for a starch plant.

 This is a corn gluten flash dryer equivalent 1500 t corn per day

 and can be heated with waste heat (hot water), waste hot air,

 and natural gas in any combination.

 This is vital gluten flash dryer (two) equivalent 1500 t wheat per

 day and can be heated with waste heat (hot water), waste hot air,

 and natural gas in any combination.

  This shows a system for heat recovery from steam heated dryers

  (like Vetter dryers) eleminating air pollution (dust and odor)
